What an amazing place to walk and tske in the views ... Was great walking in the mist and a nice breezy winters morning proper ideal walking weather ... Some many great walks and climbs around Clyde Muirshiel ... Paths are well maintained

Plenty of walking opportunities and cycling over a wide area. Leave the busy areas and there is some great walking and lovely views to be had. The Castle Semple visitor centre has a cafe which is pretty good though the coffee isn't up to much.Unfortunately they've spoilt the exterior of the centre with a very poorly placed cycle shelter. Have to wonder which bright spark thought it would look good set on a slope and blocking the view from the caf.
