Waterside Motors have been my family's choice for many years now. We have always found them to be trusted, fair priced and accommodating. Work done has always been to a high standard and in most instances they have managed to operate around my work schedule as my car is essential to my job. MOT's have never presented a problem and advice was always offered. Recently I had cause to be concerned re an upcoming MOT. Fortunately I had allowed plenty of time before the MOT was due, the problem was dealt with by the able staff and my car passed with flying colours due to the knowledge, skill and professionalism of the mechanics. With this kind of service I shall continue to be a loyal customer.
First time customer becomes last time customer. A simple MOT demonstrates some flaws in customer management and service. Car fails it's MOT (which is fine), but am then told that remedial work has been undertaken so that it becomes a pass. No matter if a pass or fail, ANY work no matter how big or small must be authorised by the vehicle owner. That requires a chat. A chat that never happened. They just did stuff. Absolutely dissapointed by this practice. PLEASE HEED THE OTHER WARNINGS.
Put my car in for a service and it came out with a dent int the door. They refused to accept liability for the dent, which I now have to pay for myself. Very bad service, DO NOT USE!
