Totally disgraceful manner I was treated i was always on phone asking for things to be fixed never happened and then when I left flat my belongings were flung out with trash absolutely appalling company
real cowboy unsecured rents "breaking the law" repairs laughed off dangerous boilers my experience over ten years was appalling . eventually had to leave after plaster started falling off the walls because after ten years of asking the water ingress into building was never addressed also went without heating for 5 months while he tried to source a cowboy plumber as no trades people will do work for him now
